Imogen Owen
When Imogen Owen published her book 'Modern Calligraphy Workshop' we wanted her to do a book signing here. But we didn't want the usual sit at a table and write 'Best Wishes' hundreds of times. We considered Imogen's most significant characteristics: namely beautiful writing and serious swearing (I don't think she'll be upset to hear this). So she rocked up and inscribed the rudest swears our customers could offer up for her immaculate calligraphic treatment. We had a blast. She's based in rural Leicestershire and her cards and stationery are printed in her studio on a 1940s Autovic letterpress.
