Delivery
Last shipping dates for Christmas delivery:
Standard 3-5 working days: order by midday on Thursday 19th December
Express 1-2 working days: order by midday Saturday 21st December
UK Mainland Delivery (inc. Northern Ireland):
- Store Pick Up: We aim to have your order ready the same day, Free (you will be notified when your order is ready for collection)
- Standard: 3-5 working days. Free for all orders over £100 (£4.95 for orders less than £100)
- Express: 1-2 working days, £6.95
Worldwide Delivery:
- UK Highlands and Islands Standard Delivery £9.95
- European Standard Delivery £15
- U.S.A Standard Delivery £20
- Rest of the World Standard Delivery £25
These charges are for delivery only, therefore all non-UK customers will be responsible for any import duties, charges and local taxes.
All orders are shipped with DHL, DPD or Royal Mail and require a signature on receipt, unless specified otherwise. Once shipped, you will be sent your tracking number and you will be updated on your parcel's progress by either text or email. You will also be able to manage your delivery, including requests to leave parcels in a safe place/ with a neighbour and to arrange re-delivery.

Returns
Christmas Returns
Our returns period has been extended until Monday 6th January 2025 for any unwanted Christmas presents (though how could that be??).
If you wish to return your online purchase for a full refund* please:
- Request your return (within 14 days of receipt) via the QR code on the back of the card included with your order (or go to www.thehambledon.com/returns). You can log in with the email used for your purchase and either a one-time code (which you request to be emailed to you) or with your Shop app login. Once here please select the items you wish to return.
We will then approve and notify you if your return complies with our returns policy and you can then send back the item(s).
- Return the goods in perfect saleable condition, in their original packaging, with the invoice as proof of purchase.
- Send the items within 14 days of receipt to:

Please Note:
- Delivery charges (and any duties or taxes paid for overseas shipping) are not refundable.
- The cost of returning the goods and the safe return of goods is your responsibility. We suggest you use a recorded delivery service.
*Items excluded from this policy are any special orders; earrings; hats; hair accessories; make-up; skincare; fragrance (including home fragrance); edible items such as chocolates. These items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. This does not affect your statutory rights. Exchanges
If you need an alternative size or colour of an item that you have ordered, make a request to us via email at online@thehambledon.com and we will let you know if the required item is available.
If it is we will ship it to you free of charge, but the return of the original item(s) is still your responsibility.
