All orders are shipped with DHL or UPS.

UK Mainland Delivery (inc. Northern Ireland):
Standard Delivery is free of charge for all orders over £50 (£4.95 for orders less than £50) and takes 3-5 working days
Express is £6.95 and takes 1-2 working days
UK Highlands and Islands is £9.95

Non-UK Delivery:
European Standard Delivery is £15.00
U.S.A Standard Delivery is £20.00
Rest of the World Standard Delivery is £25

Delivery

UK Mainland Delivery (inc. Northern Ireland):

- Store Pick Up: Same Day, Free (you will be notified when your order is ready for collection)

- Standard: 3-5 working days. Free for all orders over £50 (£4.95 for orders less than £50)

- Express: 1-2 working days,  £6.95

Worldwide Delivery:

- UK Highlands and Islands Standard Delivery £9.95

- European Standard Delivery £15

- U.S.A Standard Delivery £20

- Rest of the World Standard Delivery £25

These charges include delivery only, therefore non-EU customers will be responsible for import duties and local taxes.

All orders are shipped with DHL (apart from perfumes which are shipped with UPS) and require a signature on receipt, unless specified otherwise. Once shipped, you will be sent your tracking number and DHL On Demand will notify you of your parcel's progress by either text or email. DHL also  allow you to manage your delivery, including requests to leave parcels in a safe place/ with a neighbour and to arrange re-delivery.

Delivery charges for large items are arranged on a cost basis. Please ring us on 01962 890055 for details. 

Returns

If you wish to return your online purchase for a full refund* within 10 days of our receiving the item(s), please:

- Return the goods in perfect saleable condition, in their original packaging, with the invoice as proof of purchase

- Send the items within 14 days of receipt to:
Returns Department, The Hambledon, 10 The Square, Winchester SO23 9ES

Please Note:

- Delivery charges will not be refunded

- The cost of returning the goods and the safe return of goods is your responsibility. We suggest you use a recorded delivery service.

*Items excluded from this policy are any special orders; hats; hair accessories; make-up; skincare; fragrance (including home fragrance); edible items such as chocolates. These items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Exchanges

If you need an alternative size or colour of an item that you have ordered, make a request to us via email at shop@thehambledon.com and we will let you know if the required item is available.

If it is we will ship it to you free of charge, but the return of the original item(s) is still your responsibility.
