A romance around cutlery since 1993. Husband and wife Francis and Pascale Gelb are the loved up couple behind cult French cutlery brand Sabre Paris. With a family history in goldsmithing, the Gelbs set about reinventing the stuffy world of flatware, introducing colour and fun and exuberance to a tame tablescape. We've eschewed their classic acrylic primary colours and opted for the elegant Gustave Pearl, the Bistrot in utility chic Teak and a charming Tortoise (obviously, not literally a tortoise).
