The clue is in the name with this one; it really is a "better" sweater jacket! It's a warm, low-bulk full-zip jacket made of soft, sweater-knit faced 100% recycled polyester fleece, with a fleece interior and heathered yarns. It has even been dyed with a low-impact process that significantly reduces the use of dyestuffs, energy and water compared to conventional dyeing methods.

The fit is regular and hip length, with a full-zip with zip-through, stand-up collar and raglan sleeves for mobility and pack-wearing comfort. It has a zippered left-chest pocket and two zippered handwarmer pockets to hold all your stuff. The shape-holding micropolyester jersey trim at the cuffs and hem resists abrasion and the flat-seam construction reduces bulk and helps eliminate seam chafe.
