Autumn Winter 26 sees Nicholson and Nicholson introducing new shapes and details to their immaculately understated repertoire. Expect a touch of directional colour: navy and grey joined by a deep plum. Expect signature shirting with neck tie or drawstring waist trims. Expect a new Guernsey-esque knit. The My Sailor coat/jacket makes a very welcome reappearance.
And this is why we go to trade fairs. Trawling the halls at one of Paris's biannual accessories shows, we stumbled on a Japanese womenswear brand which halted any further progress. Founded by Yuka & Yusuke Nakagawa in 2007, Nicholson and Nicholson is all about impeccable craft and simple beauty.
