Nicholas Mosse
We love a love story. Nicholas, a ceramicist and Susan Mosse, an American botanical artist met and fell in love. They also fell in love with a plot of land and in 1976 founded their eponymous spongeware pottery company in Bennettsbridge, County Kllkenny on the Mosse family land. Susan’s Inspiration from the designs comes from the hedgerows, wildflowers and animals around their home.
