What kind of shipping do you offer?

On each item's product listing it will be noted if the piece requires any additional special shipping method (e.g. private courier). If no such stipulations are noted the item can be shipped with our normal couriers (Royal Mail, DPD or DHL).

How much does shipping cost?

This depends on the item and the distance you live from our shop (Winchester, SO23 9ES). It will be specified on each item's product description.
- If no special shipping requirements are needed, shipping will be £4.95 for standard shipping or free for UK orders over £100
- For smaller valuable items the cost will be £20 and it will be shipped with DPD, DHL or Royal Mail
- For mid-sized fragile items a private courier will be used. This will cost £20 for delivery within a 10-mile distance of our store. Please contact us for a quote for other delivery areas.
- For large-sized items a private courier will be used. This will cost £75 for delivery within a 10-mile distance of our store. Please contact us for a quote for other delivery areas.

Do you ship outside the UK?

Some smaller non-breakable items can be shipped outside of the UK. It will be specified in the product description if an item is for UK shipping only. Standard shipping prices will apply.

Can I use a discount code on vintage items?

As this is a collaboration with our vintage partners Soap & Salvation we regret discount codes cannot be used on these products.
