Pump Street Chocolate
Pump Street is an award-winning bakery in the village of Orford on Suffolk’s Heritage Coast, founded in November 2010 by father and daughter team Chris and Joanna Brennan. After mastering naturally-leavened bread, they ventured into making chocolate from beans they import directly from single estates and cooperatives around the world.
They proudly produce the finest craft chocolate where provenance and process are key to the finished bars. Cacao is carefully sourced from the best growers who ferment and dry the beans at origin. They then tailor the roasting, grinding and conching to yield the best tasting chocolate possible. With super delicious results!
