Lucy and I had a very enjoyable trip to the Speciality Food Fair, much time of which spent imbibing non-alcoholic cordials. Mr Fitzpatrick's, who continue to run Britain's last temperance bar (I know, why so few?) in Rawtenstall have been making natural botanical drinks for over 120 years with recipes passed down through the generations.
