In 1920's Black Country, Joe Kleiner & Sons created the original enamelware brand, distinctively ice-white with the blue rim. In 2011, this was revitalised with new colours, expanded with more products and improved with heavier guage steel: still an icon of British home life, but now known worldwide. The Falcon range is safe for oven (up to 530F/270C), gas and electric hob use (not microwave), and is dishwasher safe. Its enduring strength means that if dropped, it may chip but it won’t break. If the outer porcelain layer is chipped, the steel beneath it naturally oxidises and the enamelware remains safe to use.
