The Calissons recipe from Maison Brémond has remained the same since 1830: a mixture of candied melons and crushed Provence almonds, placed on a sheet of matzo and covered with a thin layer of royal icing. These traditional sweets taste as delicious as it sounds and here are the small lingot version presented in an original-design Maison Brémond ingot box.

Made in France Ingredients: candied fruit 41% (fruit 54% (melon 96%, orange and lemon peel), glucose-fructose syrup, sugar), almonds 30% (of which 30% almonds from Provence), sugar, egg white 2.5%, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar syrup glucose, invert sugar syrup, matzo (potato starch, sunflower oil), natural flavors, bitter almond extract.
