We love a quirky backstory. Originally inspired by a wicker basket found in a French flea market, Les Vacances d'Irina, The Hambledon's latest new recruit in the Womenswear department, is a Romanian brand which pays homage to the relaxed spirit of Mediterranean summers.

Awash with nautical inspiration for Spring 2026 and with a more Victorian seaside romantic aesthetic for the Summer collection, Les Vacances is both elegant and playful and stupendously beautiful. Made in the brand's atelier in Romania by highly skilled craftspeople and using cotton, silk and linen, this is carefully considered slow and glorious fashion. The Fifi set, Blue skirt, Shell skirt and Formentera dress may just be the most gorgeous pieces in the entire building. We love the glorious oversized striped marinières, the Pina and the Hazy Nipple dresses (love a silly name) and we're mildly obsessed with the Sailor hats (in fact, all the hats) and the boxed pompom brooches. And because of their meticulous production, they are very particular about the shops with whom they work. We are beyond thrilled to have made the cut, just two shops in the UK.
