A classic Provencal Confectionery, Maison Bremond nougats are made according to the traditional recipe of the region with Provencal IGP honey. This caramelized all-flower honey creates a "black" nougat and is packed full with almonds. Amber, full-bodied and crunchy, black nougat will seduce your senses.
