This artisan chocolate bar is made of 76% Cacao from Nicaragua and has flavours of dates, fig and blossom. Nicaragua has not been associated with Cocoa for long but the bean’s used here have an incredible post harvest programme which gives them a great purity. The fermentation is incredibly accurate with an almost laboratory precision, allowing flavour profiles to be developed in this stage as well as influenced by nature. This is refined, delicious chocolate to be savoured for true chocolate lovers and connoisseurs.

The founders of Wnder live in the hometown of scientist and poet Erasmus Darwin, and his revolutionary spirit and part in the "Age of Wonder" has inspired and informed their brand of Chocolate.
