This artisan chocolate bar is made of 80% Cacao from Papua New Guinea and has flavours of smoke, cinnamon and toffee. The beans are harvested in a climate which is too wet to dry the beans after fermentation so they light a fire under a cover and dry the beans with heat which imparts a nostalgic smoke aroma. This is refined, delicious chocolate to be savoured for true chocolate lovers and connoisseurs.

The founders of Wnder live in the hometown of scientist and poet Erasmus Darwin, and his revolutionary spirit and part in the "Age of Wonder" has inspired and informed their brand of Chocolate.
