They are crafted from a homemade butter puff pastry which has been folded, thinly sliced and baked to perfection with a sprinkling of year-old Gouda – a crisp, light and flavour-packed savoury snack.

The age-old recipe has been perfected over many years by the Dutch baking family of Van Strien, first established in Zeeland in 1938. The brand has been creating buttery, home-baked sweet and savoury treats for six generations, each preserving the taste of its original recipes. Their iconic branding and packaging is also a source of joy with perforated wings on the sides of their boxes so you can pull them out and make them "fly"!

wheat flour, butter (milk) (28%), old Noord-Hollandse Gouda PDO (18%) (milk, potato starch, salt, lactic starter, rennet, colouring (E160B)), water, sea salt, colouring (carotene).
