Meurisse
Their award-winning great-great-great-grandfather and patissier Adolphe Meurisse was a pioneer as he founded the first Belgian chocolate factory in 1845, at a time when chocolate was still a rare delicacy. Today, six generations later, the Meurisse brand is back, along with its rich heritage and desire for innovation. As the oldest Belgian chocolate, they once again are calling on Belgian’s craftsmanship using single origin chocolate and carefully sourced ingredients from certified organic agriculture.
