How to Make a Jubilee Napkin Ring and Bunting
Concertina fold a piece of crepe paper (roughly 14 x 16cm). Make a crepe paper ‘napkin ring’ around the napkin and tape the fan to the top the ring. Using the same fan folds, alternate red, white and blue along a length of string and secure with tape. Pin the garland to the edge of the table or tie in swags against a wall or round a mirror.

For the larger arrangements we went for white stocks (beautiful fragrance), red peonies (drama and structure) and blue cornflowers (informal and a bit messy). For the little posies we used sweet peas mixed with cornflowers and grasses.
