Hartford Womenswear
Founded in 1979 by Yves Charaton, Hartford reimagines US wardrobe staples for a more European sensibility. Using classic fabrics (French linen, cotton from Albini in Italy, Japanese Maruwa shirting), the brand started with a line of men's shirts and has since expanded to include a full men's and women's range.
As ever Spring Summer is all about fabrication. The perennial cotton jersey and voile group is back in new shapes and colours. Their signature seersucker muslin is back in dress, shirt and pant. Easy strappy linen dress and skirt are your holiday go-tos and the Pharrell and Pad pants are your everyday favourites. Lilac, green, cobalt and white are the key colours with flashes of white and navy.
