Although we have closed our shop in accordance with government guidelines to help prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus, we are continuing to take online orders and are shipping as normal with the following exceptions:
-Due to the limitations of movement, we have extended our online returns period to 30 days.
We have a core team still working from the shop picking, packing and dispatching.
We wanted to reassure you that we are following Public Health England guidelines, maintaining the recommended working practices and implementing enhanced distancing and hygiene requirements.
Whilst we are open for business we do take our responsibilities very seriously. None of our employees travel on public transport to reduce the risk of exposure and transmission, and we are very diligent in enforcing safe working practices in our shop. We are receiving deliveries, controlled by clear protective protocols. We review the situation daily and will respond appropriately as the situation develops.
For deliveries to you, couriers are adopting new protocols: the driver will ring the doorbell, leave the order on the doorstep and then step back while they wait for customers to collect.
